This policy explains what information Pyaar Karo collects, how it is used, and what choices users have when using the app's onboarding, discovery, messaging, wallet, and calling features.
Pyaar Karo provides profile discovery, messaging, gifting, and calling features for adults aged 18+. The app name appears in this policy to match current Google Play privacy policy requirements.
Information collected
- Account data such as generated guest ID, username, linked phone number, age, and role.
- Profile data such as uploaded profile photo, city, and user preferences.
- Usage data such as discovery actions, messages consumed, gifts sent, wallet balance, and call history metadata.
- Technical data such as device type, app version, crash diagnostics, and API request logs used for security and support.
Sensitive permissions
- Camera and microphone for voice or video calling.
- Photos or media access when the user uploads a profile image.
- Approximate or precise location if nearby discovery is enabled.
How data is used
- To create and maintain user sessions and guest access.
- To match users, show discovery feeds, and enable calling and messaging flows.
- To manage wallet balance, recharge records, gifts, earnings summaries, and settlement operations.
- To prevent abuse, investigate fraud, moderate content, and support policy compliance.
- To improve app stability, performance, and product quality over time.
Service providers
Pyaar Karo currently uses Vercel-hosted API infrastructure and PostgreSQL-backed data storage. Additional vendors such as OTP providers, payment processors, push notification providers, or video infrastructure may process limited data required to deliver those features. Data is shared only as needed to operate the service.
Retention
Account and activity data is stored while the account remains active. When an account is deleted, the app account and associated in-app records are removed from the active database. Limited processor-side records may be retained separately where payment, fraud, or legal obligations require it.
Your choices
- Use fast guest login before linking a phone number.
- Upload or replace a profile image inside the app.
- Request account deletion inside the app or by visiting the public deletion page.
